Schedule Engine December 2022 Release Notes

In a quest to further simplify the lives of contractors and exceed their customer's expectations, we are happy to share the latest updates we have made to the Schedule Engine platform.

In December 2022, Schedule Engine enhanced features of integrations and the Schedule Engine Dashboard.

Schedule Engine Dashboard

  • Bulk Upload for Escalation Zones: Add escalation zones all at once by uploading a simple document.

    • Download the template from the escalation section of your dashboard, fill it out, and re-upload it to create all your zones automatically.

  • Usage tracking: For live services clients (on a monthly or quarterly usage package), view your package minimum + usage by payment period.

    • You can find your current and historical usage in your Schedule Engine dashboard.

Online Scheduler

  • Icon View Updates: added new icon options for home services on the scheduler landing page when using icon view, including garage door, pest control, sewers and drains, and more.

Live Services

  • Book Online: If a customer is on hold waiting to connect to an agent, you can opt-in to let them hear a message asking if they'd like to book online. If they confirm through the press of a button, we'll text them a link to your web scheduler while they're on the line.

  • Live Services Support for Dynamic Export Types: We can now support different export types for Live Services clients. Voice and chat clients can now choose whether to send appointments to ServiceTitan as bookings or jobs for different workflows.

    • Rules must be the same for voice, chat, and the web scheduler.

Integrations

  • Booking Export Type: resolved issues with the Schedule Engine app for Bookings in ServiceTitan to simplify the process of switching from the Jobs app.

  • ServiceTitan Appointment Syncs: resolved issues that would cause some appointments to sync improperly to inactive locations or customer records.
