Schedule Engine September 2022 Release Notes

In a quest to further simplify the lives of contractors and exceed their customer's expectations, we are happy to share the latest updates we have made to the Schedule Engine platform.

In September 2022, Schedule Engine enhanced features of the Schedule Engine Dashboard and escalation portion.

Schedule Engine Dashboard

  • Service Area Export: Your full list of eligible zip codes and service zones can now be exported from the "Service Area" page.

  • Quickly Update Service Area: Zip or postal codes can now be added to a comma-separated list on the "Service Area" page, allowing you to add many codes at once quickly.

  • Approved Websites: Improved the logic to catch errors when adding new websites to your whitelist on the "Installation" page.

  • Tag types: A ServiceTitan tag type can now be applied when a possible location takeover occurs, making these events easier to see on your dispatch board.

  • SE Notify: Appointments that have not received notifications (due to blacklisting or any other reason) will now be visible on the Notifications page with a status to reflect that no notification was sent.

Escalations (Schedule Engine Dashboard)

  • Searchable Contacts: Escalation contacts are now searchable within the Contacts list for easier editing.

  • Better Contact Creation: Adding Dashboard Users as Escalation Contacts is now as easy as selecting them from a list. Their email and phone numbers will be automatically added to them.
