Online Scheduler Auto Advance Means Less Friction and More Booked Jobs
Sometimes the small changes make the biggest impact. With the auto advance function in your Online Scheduler, your customers no longer have to click 'Next" as they move through the scheduling flow.
This enhancement has reduced clicks by 30% to boost overall job booking completion and simplified the conversion process.
Enhanced Integrations for Higher Marketing ROI and Effortless Operations
In 2021, we also expanded our Field Service Management software partnerships and integrations, from ServiceTitan to Housecall Pro to Successware, and more. Our clients can now transfer marketing campaign information straight into ServiceTitan with our improved booking tracking & customer insights.
These enhancements allow you to have more visibility into your marketing ROI, whether you're looking to improve your Google Business Profile Analytics, your marketing campaigns on your social channels, or whatever marketing proposals you have planned in the future.
To keep your business operating as usual, we're continuing to grow our partnerships with ServiceTitan and Successware. We plan to continue our enhancements through our Successware Time Slot Capacity Module (TCM) full integration and our ServiceTitan V2 Stabilized Integration.
We're working diligently to ensure Schedule Engine is fully enabled to utilize ServiceTitan's new API with Online Scheduling and paving the way to do additional enhancements to continue to exceed expectations with our Live Voice and Live Chat.

Greater Efficiency with Webhooks
In an attempt to further streamline and simplify your ways of working, Schedule Engine also introduced webhooks. Webhooks allow systems to send automated messages or information to each other; it's how Schedule Engine can automatically update your calendar with new jobs or push marketing data directly into custom sheets for analysis.
This enhancement means no more constantly exporting and uploading data from disparate systems. And it is leading into the enhancements that are coming soon.
Now, we're expanding our webhooks integration with what we're calling BYOI (Bring Your Own Integration). This is an easy-to-configure option for other contractor solutions to lightly integrate with Schedule Engine.
For any customers without FSM software or marketing agencies, we are launching an open API to offer a more in-depth interface to be able to read and write data within Schedule Engine. Marketing agencies will be able to get much greater insight into the data, and in the future, even push data into Schedule Engine.
