Coming this spring, all Schedule Engine clients will soon get to experience the following updates:
A New Dashboard: Enjoy a new look for your appointments, calls & chats, on-call scheduling, service area setup, advanced buffers and blockers, and company setup pages.
A New Lead Management Tool: Collect and manage lead data that identifies a person as a potential customer for a repair, preventative maintenance, or sales appointment. Leads are partial/abandoned bookings that are started by a prospective customer using the Online Scheduler and are captured by Schedule Engine. This new lead management tool summarizes leads in a table view that enables outreach to potential prospective customers who have abandoned a booking in the Schedule Engine Online Scheduler.
Set up Webhooks From The New Dashboard: Easily set up webhooks from the new Schedule Engine dashboard to share real-time data with the other business applications and keep your shop running efficiently.
