In a quest to further simplify the lives of contractors and exceed their customer's expectations, we're happy to share the recent updates and changes we've made.

In May we launched a new Help Center at support.scheduleengine.com to help you quickly and easily find the answers you need about Schedule Engine. The Help Center is your one-stop-shop for answers to our most frequently asked questions, resource guides, product tips, and more.

We understand time is money, which is why we built the Help Center to help you troubleshoot and answer questions in the moment so you can get back down to business. If you can't find the answer you are looking for, you can submit a support ticket and keep tabs on its status right from the Help Center.

In addition to the Help Center launch, Schedule Engine users will benefit from several key system updates to help keep appointments flowing, customers happy and business running smoothly:

  • Dashboard Updates: Within the Schedule Engine Dashboard, we've improved search and sorting features for chat and call records, improved the ability to view appointment media, enhanced validation for setting up appointment buffers and blockers, and built-in easy access to Help Center articles and support ticket submission.

  • Continued System Monitoring Improvements: We've implemented additional monitoring of our internal systems to ensure high-quality delivery of Schedule Engine products and services.

  • Continued Live Service Optimizations: For clients using our Live Voice and Live Chat services, we've added new optimizations to our agents' workflow experience to help better serve homeowners and provide clients with an improved summary of every interaction.

  • Escalation Technician Assignments: For clients using our Live Voice Escalation services, we've added the ability to link a technician to a specific contact to improve escalation workflows and reduce gaps in performance.
